Supplier privacy
Supplier identities remain private from other suppliers. Anonymised pricing keeps the bidding process fair.
Sourcing requests
Buyers can create private sourcing requests and invite their trusted supplier groups to participate.
Payments
ValX does not process payments or charge transaction fees. Commercial transactions happen directly between buyers and suppliers.

I can't join a bidding group
Please check that you are using the phone number invited by the
buyer. If the problem continues, contact us for help.
I submitted the wrong price
You can revise your bid while bidding is open, subject to the
revision limit for that bidding round.
Why can't I see other suppliers?
This is by design. ValX keeps supplier identities private. You see
anonymised, ranked pricing, but not who submitted another bid.
Can the buyer see my identity?
Yes. The buyer can identify the verified suppliers participating
in their private sourcing request. Other suppliers cannot see
supplier identities.
Can suppliers see each other's bids?
No. Suppliers see only anonymised, ranked pricing.
Does ValX process payments?
No. ValX is a price discovery and negotiation layer. It does not
process payments or complete transactions on the platform.
